Recently, the Carpenter Co. Sleep Better(TM) Survey found that 41% of Americans take their pillow when traveling on vacation (50% women; 31% men).
Several sleep experts noted that this may be a good move: sleeping away from home can be difficult (especially if you are only spending a night or two away)- but bringing your own pillow with you may help ease you to sleep in an unfamiliar bed.
Good sleep will make you feel energized, alert, and ready to enjoy your vacation. It will also reduce your stress, and has been linked to weight control and weight management.
If you are taking off for vacation, don’t forget to bring your pillow.
Getting good sleep is a proven skin healthy habit, and will help you enjoy your vacation even more.
